America is turning 250 years old, and rather than holding a non-partisan celebration, the President held a campaign-class rally on the National Mall. Next week, Trump will celebrate America's birthday by giving a keynote speech at Mount Rushmore and holding a rally at the Washington Monument on Independence Day.
