Nigeria begins evacuation of citizens from South Africa after xenophobic attacks

Nigeria is facilitating the repatriation of hundreds of its citizens from South Africa following a wave of xenophobic attacks targeting foreign nationals. Abuja has issued stern warnings to Pretoria, though the Nigerian government says it remains committed to a diplomatic response for now.

Al Jazeera's Ahmed Idris reports from Abuja, Nigeria.
