Federal judge blocks Trump's election order, former prosecutor explains what's next

Former federal prosecutor and founder of the Public Integrity Project Brendan Ballou joins Alex Witt, reacting to Thursday's decision by a federal judge to strike down key parts of President Trump's executive order by restricting mail-in voting. The judge cited “the Constitution does not grant the President any specific powers over elections.”
