China Opportunity 2.0: China's technological development on net is positive

At Summer Davos, Columbia University Economic Historian Adam Tooze challenged the notion of "China Shock 2.0." He noted that from solar power and battery storage to other clean-energy technologies, Chinese innovation is helping drive the global energy transition while expanding access to affordable electricity in developing countries. As Tooze emphasized, for the world, this is not a "shock," it is an opportunity.
