US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has announced a framework agreement between Israel and Lebanon, aimed at eventually ending fighting with Hezbollah. Signed in Washington, the deal comes just a week after a fragile truce between Israel and the Iranian-backed group - and is seen as a step toward a more lasting calm. We spoke to DW Correspondent Felix Tamsut.
