Black Stars defender Gideon Mensah has credited fellow left-back Baba Rahman for playing a key role in his development with the national team.

Mensah has been one of Ghana's standout performers at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, helping the Black Stars secure consecutive clean sheets against Panama and England with commanding defensive displays.
