Authorities in Venezuela say the death toll from devastating twin earthquakes has surged past 900, with thousands injured and many more missing. Foreign rescue workers are arriving to assist local teams, many of whom have few tools to help them move rubble blocking access to thousands of trapped victims. We spoke to Cristina Garcia, Regional Director for Latin America and the Caribbean at Save the Children.
