PRINPAG President Speaks After Larry Dogbey Granted Bail
The President of PRINPAG, David Tamakloe, has reacted after journalist and editor of The Herald newspaper, Larry Alans Dogbey, was granted bail following a contempt of court ruling.
He expressed relief at the development, describing the situation as part of the “hazard of the profession,” and emphasized the importance of fraternity and solidarity within the media space.
According to him, journalists sometimes get things wrong and sometimes get them right, adding that society and the judiciary should be more considerate in handling such cases.
He further defended the role of the media as gatekeepers of society and urged against harsh judgment of journalists carrying out their professional duties.
