'Big Push Projects Will Resume After the Rains' – Mahama Assures
President John Dramani Mahama has assured Ghanaians that work on the government's flagship Big Push infrastructure projects will regain momentum once the current heavy rains subside.
Speaking during an inspection of the Kafodzidzi Road Project as part of his working tour of the Central Region, the President explained that persistent rainfall has temporarily slowed construction on several project sites.
According to him, the reduced pace of work is necessary to protect construction workers and maintain the quality of ongoing road works.
President Mahama stressed that the slowdown is only temporary and assured the public that contractors will return to full-scale operations as soon as weather conditions improve.
