Bangladeshi commerce minister eyes closer economic ties with China

Bangladeshi Prime Minister Tarique Rahman arrived in Beijing on Wednesday for a three-day official visit to China. The two countries have long enjoyed strong economic and trade ties, with China remaining Bangladesh's largest trading partner for 16 consecutive years. Ahead of the visit, CGTN spoke with Bangladesh's Minister of Commerce, Industries, Textiles and Jute about his expectations for expanding economic opportunities between the two countries.
