Israeli attacks kill 3 in southern Lebanon despite ongoing Washington talks

An Israeli strike has killed at least three people on the outskirts of Nabatieh in southern Lebanon. The Israeli military continues to target people moving through areas it occupies in southern Lebanon. Lebanese health authorities say more than 4,000 people have been killed since the war began in March.
