Venezuela earthquakes: At least 164 dead, 971 injured as US offers support
Rescue teams in Venezuela are desperately searching survivors after two powerful earthquakes hit the country. Multiple buildings have collapsed. The interim president says at least 164 people have been killed and nearly 1,000 have been injured. The US says its response will be fast and effective.
