Exclusive: Witness describes moment Venezuela earthquake struck

"I felt the whole bed shaking violently." Huang Fei had just finished work and was lying in bed when a strong earthquake hit Venezuela around 6 p.m. local time. He said the quake felt intense but passed quickly. Valencia, the city he is in, has minor damage.
