Could new clues point to a NYC wedding for Swift?

As wedding speculation for Taylor Swift heats up, a spokesperson for the NYC Mayor's Office tells NBC News that a permit has been filed at Madison Square Garden. The spokesperson however declined to say who filed the permit, which requested street closures around the venue between July 2nd and July 4th. NBC News' Chloe Melas has more details.
