Drug charges against ex-Olympian Bode Miller to be dropped, attorney says

The drug charges against Bode Miller are set to be dropped, according to his attorney. In a statement to NBC News, Miller's lawyer said that no drugs were found on Bode's person and the prosecuting attorney agreed to dismiss the charges. NBC News' Shaquille Brewster reports.
