The week-long bilateral engagements between Ghana and Burkina Faso have concluded with significant diplomatic outcomes aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two neighbouring countries.

The engagements ended with the signing of key agreements, the inauguration of a 22-member Joint Technical Committee, and the relaunch of the boundary reaffirmation process in Po, Burkina Faso.

These developments mark an important step in reinforcing cross-border relations, improving coordination on boundary issues, and enhancing regional stability.

Authorities from both countries are expected to continue working through the newly established technical committee to address outstanding border concerns and strengthen bilateral cooperation.
