The Chancellor of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, has cautioned chiefs and individuals against laying claim to lands belonging to the university.
According to Otumfuo, the lands are legally vested in the stools for the benefit and use of KNUST, and must be protected to support the institution's growth and development.
He further warned against litigation and legal actions challenging the ownership of the lands, stressing the need to preserve the university's assets for future generations.
The remarks were made during activities marking the university's 75th anniversary celebrations.
