Ghana produced a disciplined defensive display to hold England to a goalless draw in their second group-stage match at the World Cup on Tuesday.

The Black Stars remained well-organised throughout the game, frustrating England despite long spells of possession dominance by the Three Lions.

England controlled much of the ball but struggled to break down Ghana's compact defensive structure, managing their first shot on target only in the 57th minute.

The result sees Ghana earn a valuable point in a tightly contested group as they continue their World Cup campaign.
