National Security Boss Trains Regional Ministers on New Security Law (Act 1168)

The National Security Coordinator, COP Osman Abdul-Razak, has called on Regional Ministers to properly understand and apply the Security and Intelligence Agencies Act, 2026 (Act 1168).
He explained that Regional Ministers play a critical role in national security management and must be adequately equipped to lead Regional Security Councils effectively.
According to him, the training and orientation programme is aimed at strengthening coordination among security agencies and improving overall national security governance across the country.
The initiative forms part of broader efforts to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and preparedness within Ghana's security architecture.
