Residents of Adamorobe in the Akuapem South Municipality have threatened to boycott the 2028 general elections over the poor state of roads in the area.

According to residents, years of promises by successive governments have failed to translate into meaningful road improvements, leaving the community frustrated and feeling neglected.

They argue that the deteriorating road network continues to affect transportation, economic activity, and access to essential services, while also discouraging potential investors from doing business in the area.

The residents are calling on authorities to address the road challenges as a matter of urgency to support development and improve living conditions.
