The Minority in Parliament is calling for the release of findings from investigations into complaints about the rapid depletion of prepaid electricity credits.

The caucus says the probe, which was launched four months ago, has yet to produce public results despite a 10-day deadline reportedly issued by the Ministry of Energy.

Deputy Ranking Member of Parliament's Energy Committee, Collins Adomako-Mensah, argues that the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (Public Utilities Regulatory Commission) should prioritize addressing consumer concerns rather than focusing mainly on quarterly tariff reviews.

The Minority maintains that transparency and timely communication are key to restoring public confidence in the electricity billing system.
