Young Palestinians in Gaza are using artificial intelligence to document their experiences of war, creating short films that reflect the realities of displacement and family separation. Shahd Abu Abada, a 21-year-old university student, produced an AI-generated film exploring how the conflict has divided couples across the Strip. Dozens of young women are taking part in an AI training programme in Gaza City, learning to transform personal memories into short films despite persistent electricity cuts, weak internet and forced displacement.
