Judge bars ICE from arrests in immigration courts nationwide

Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) joins MS NOW's Lawrence O'Donnell to react to the breaking news that a federal judge in California has issued an order blocking Donald Trump's immigration officers from making arrests inside immigration courts anywhere in the country. After last year's wrongful detention of a Rhode Island Superior Court intern, Sen. Whitehouse says he isn't surprised by today's ruling.
