Heat wave threatens millions in Europe

Officials in France say at least 40 people drowned while trying to escape the heat since the start of the brutal temperatures last week. Back in the U.S., heavy rain and dangerous flash flooding swamped roads in Oklahoma. NBC News' George Solis has more.
