“Our Lives Are in Danger” – Adwoa Safo’s Aunt Reacts to Bail Decision
The aunt of former Dome-Kwabenya MP, Sarah Adwoa Safo, Nana Pomaa Nyira, has expressed deep concern following the granting of bail to Nana Kwadwo Safo Akofena and eight others in connection with the shooting incident involving the former legislator.
Speaking after the court's decision, she said the development has left the family feeling unsafe, stressing that “our lives are in danger” and calling for justice to be served.
She urged authorities to ensure that the case is handled thoroughly, insisting that accountability is necessary to restore public confidence and guarantee the safety of those involved.
The family maintains that they will continue to pursue justice as investigations and legal proceedings progress.
