Mayor of Cape Coast says he is resolved to take action against those found building on waterways

Gyegyeano building collapse: Referencing a similar incident last year that claimed three lives, the mayor of Cape Coast, George Justice Arthur, during last night's demolition exercise, said the Assembly is resolved to take action against those found culpable building on waterways and without permits.
