Trump addresses his claims of 'vandalism' at National Mall

President Trump says five people had been arrested for allegedly vandalizing the newly renovated, and now quickly deteriorating, Reflecting Pool on the National Mall. The US attorney's office says it is still reviewing a handful of citations issued over the weekend but hasn't yet brought any charges in court.
