Explosion at Qatar’s Ras Laffan LNG facility kills at least 13

Qatar's energy minister says 13 people have been killed in an explosion at a gas supply facility north of Doha. 66 others were injured in the blast, in the Ras Laffan Industrial Area. He says an investigation is under way, and that energy exports have not been affected.
