Now, a new book provides some context surrounding the nation's founding document and its application today. It's titled, "The U.S. Constitution: A Comprehensive and Annotated Guide for the Modern Reader". Author and Professor at NYU's School of Law Melissa Murray joins Morning Joe to explain how the new book aims to help Americans read and understand the Constitution.
