Qatari PM praises US-Iran deal for ‘stopping the war’

Qatar's Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani has spoken exclusively to Al Jazeera about the talks between the US and Iran. He said the objective of the meetings in Switzerland is to lay the foundation for the negotiations moving forward. The prime minister also said the memorandum of understanding (MoU) is to stop the war and the impact its had on the region.

He spoke to Al Jazeera's Osama Bin Javaid in Burgenstock, Switzerland.
