Fragile ceasefire holds in southern Lebanon after deadly Israeli strikes

After days of intense Israeli air strikes, a fragile ceasefire appears to be taking hold in the southern Lebanese city of Nabatieh. Violence between Israeli forces and Hezbollah fighters left widespread destruction and killed dozens.
