Police fatally shoot l 1-year-old outside Mississippi Walmart

Witness video shows the moments after a law enforcement officer shot at a car in a parking lot outside a Mississippi Walmart, killing 1-year-old Kohen Wiley. CNN affiliate WMC reports the officer who fired the fatal shots has been placed on administrative leave.
