‘We have no water’: Puerto Rico in crisis

A number of factors, including drought and a crumbling infrastructure, have left the island of Puerto Rico in a water crisis. “I've been without water service for about two weeks,” says David Ramos, a longtime resident. “I've known of people who have gone close to over 40 days without water service,” and much of the water they do have is unsanitized and has gotten people sick.
