A slight decline in the amount of cash circulating in Ghana's economy was recorded in March, according to fresh data from the Bank of Ghana.

The stock of currency in circulation fell by about GH¢464 million, bringing the total down from approximately GH¢79 billion recorded in February.

The latest figures reflect a marginal shift in liquidity within the economy, as monetary indicators continue to be closely monitored for broader macroeconomic trends.
