Fed holds rates in Kevin Warsh's first meeting as chair
The US Federal Reserve has held its benchmark interest rate steady at around 3.5% – the first decision under new Chair Kevin Warsh, nominated by US President Donald Trump. CGTN's Sean Callebs spoke with Anthony Chan, former chief economist at JPMorgan Chase, about what Warsh's opening move signals for the US economy.
