Richard Haass: $300B to Iran can help fund terrorism

One provision of the memorandum of understanding between the U.S. and Iran signed Wednesday states the U.S. and its partners will ensure Iran has access to at least $300 billion for the purpose of economic recovery. Council on Foreign relations president emeritus Richard Haass blasts the deal, telling Morning Joe: “In a way, we're going to be providing the means for Iran to reestablish its ability to threaten, not just its own people, but Israel and its Arab neighbors.”
