United Nations meets on Gaza: UNSC told aid is not reaching Palestinians in need

Seven months after the UN Security Council endorsed a US-backed plan to end the war, it met to discuss Gaza's humanitarian crisis. Aid groups accuse Israel of blocking assistance, while Israel blames Hamas for the situation.
