Blue material peeling off bottom of Reflecting Pool after renovation

Some blue material at the bottom of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool is peeling off, days after it was painted blue and refilled as part of a multi-million dollar renovation ordered by President Donald Trump. CNN's Tom Foreman reports.
