Ukraine strikes Moscow: Oil refinery and residential buildings hit

Ukraine has targeted Russia with a wave of attacks. Russia's defence ministry says about a thousand drones and four long-range missiles were shot down across the country. Many were targeting Moscow, where a major oil refinery was hit for the second time this week. Seventeen people were injured near the capital, and at least one person has been killed by strikes in the Rostov region.
