The U.S. military has lifted its blockade on Iranian ports a day after President Donald Trump and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian officially signed a memorandum of understanding laying out terms for ending the war. But in order for it to really work, it requires buy-in from other Middle East countries, including Israel. NBC News international correspondent Matt Bradley breaks down how the region is reacting.
