Fuel storage tank's lid blown off as Moscow refinery targeted by Ukraine

Eyewitness footage shows the top of a fuel storage unit being blown off as Ukrainian drones struck an oil refinery in Moscow as part of one of the largest long-range Ukrainian attacks on Russia since the war began.
