Lawyer for former Finance Minister Frank Davies has challenged the Office of the Special Prosecutor (Office of the Special Prosecutor) to formally serve his client, Ken Ofori-Atta, with any criminal charges if they exist.
He argues that the former minister has not been officially notified of the allegations being referenced, despite ongoing legal and extradition discussions.
The OSP maintains that Ofori-Atta's acquisition of US permanent residency does not affect the criminal charges in Ghana or ongoing extradition efforts, deepening the legal and procedural debate surrounding the case.
