DOJ moves to dismiss NAACP's pollution lawsuit against Musk's AI company

This week, President Trump's Department of Justice moved to dismiss a lawsuit filed against Elon Musk's artificial intelligence company xAI. The suit, led by the NAACP, alleges that Musk's company is violating the Clean Air Act. Director of Enforcement at Earthjustice Laura Thoms, who is representing the NAACP in this case, joins Antonia Hylton to explain more.
