Government Clears Debt on Motorway, Pokuase Road Contracts — Agbodza

The Minister for Roads and Highways, Kwame Governs Agbodza, has briefed Parliament on the status of major road infrastructure projects, including the Accra Motorway and Pokuase interchange.

He stated that, as of the latest update, there are no outstanding payments owed to contractors working on the Motorway project, adding that all verified claims have been settled.

The Minister further indicated that the same applies to the Pokuase interchange project, noting that no payment certificates are currently outstanding.

He emphasized that government will continue to engage contractors to ensure timely completion of ongoing works and improve efficiency on major road projects across the country.
