Residents in Sudan's capital, Khartoum, are struggling with daily power outages lasting more than eight hours, as authorities grapple with the growing number of people returning after displacement. Two years of conflict have severely damaged the city's electricity infrastructure, leaving homes and businesses facing frequent blackouts.
