Human Rights Campaign launches effort targeting key midterm races

The Human Rights Campaign, the nation's largest LGBTQ+ civil rights organization, is launching a $15 million dollar push to flip eight Republican-held House seats in key battleground districts. The HRC also aims to gain ground in the U.S. Senate and fight anti-LGBTQ+ ballot measures nationwide. HRC President Kelley Robinson joins Morning Joe to discuss the effort.
