Former Assin Central MP, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, has criticised both the NPP and NDC over delays in the completion of the Afari Military Hospital project.
Speaking during a donation exercise to the Ghana Police Service, he questioned why successive governments have failed to complete the project and urged political leaders to prioritize national development over partisan interests.
