Ghanaian master's students at Loughborough University in the UK are picketing at the Ghana High Commission in London over nearly two years of unpaid scholarship funding.
The students say they have not received tuition fees or monthly stipends since September 2024, despite repeated assurances from authorities. They warn that the accumulated delays, estimated at about GH¢3 million, could prevent them from graduating on July 7, 2026.
The situation has raised concerns over student welfare, government scholarship management, and international education commitments.
