Deadly skydiving plane crash in Missouri

In Missouri, a plane crash killed all twelve people aboard just moments after takeoff. Today, federal investigators combed through the charred wreckage as the NTSB says they expect to release a preliminary report on the crash within 30 days. NBC News' Maggie Vespa reports from the scene.
