Trump says 'ships are starting to go out' of Strait of Hormuz after reaching deal with Iran

Following the announcement of a tentative deal between the U.S. and Iran, President Trump said that the Strait of Hormuz is “already partially open” and will be “completely open” on Friday. Iranian state media reports that the strait remains closed.
